Taylor Tuesdays-part 5

Today is part 5 of Taylor Tuesdays! Why is it that professional photographers seem to be the worst at taking pictures of their own lives/families? One of the educators I follow has been talking about this subject recently, and I’m definitely guilty! 😄

So today’s Taylor Tuesdays post is just a few pictures I snapped on Saturday! Elliana has gotten to that stage where she wants to eat anytime we’re eating, and she also insists on eating what we’re eating! 😄 On this particular afternoon, we decided to try her out on some Cheerios (which she loves), and then Nick sat down and ate a bowl as well.

Speaking of Nick, I am so thankful for him and thankful that he is such an awesome daddy! I knew he would be…he’s always been so great with our nieces and nephews (pretty sure they like him way more than me! 😄) I just love watching him with Elliana! 😍 He was SO nervous on the morning she was born, but the minute we saw her, all that nervousness went away instantly! He was SO excited! He actually took her from the nurse and held her first, which I’m still slightly upset about! 😄 Then he proceeded to hold her for the majority of the time that we were in the hospital, and she was very content to sleep on his chest. Until recently, that was the only way she would fall asleep at night! 💗

A special thanks to those that checked on us this morning. We did have some pretty strong storms throughout the night last night, but we are fine. Prayers for those in Nashville that were affected! 💕
